Vectorious is proud to participate in the “Next October” initiative, commemorating the memory of Hadar Prince, a vibrant young woman who tragically lost her life at the Nova Music Festival massacre on October 7, 2023, at just 21 years old.
Hadar was a radiant spirit whose golden curls and infectious smile lit up every room sheentered. The cherished middle child of Dana and Dror, and beloved sister to Itai, Tamir, and Noam, she was known as the "princess of the house" and the "glue of the family". During her high school years, Hadar balanced academic excellence with dedication to the Tzofim youth movement, growing from an eager scout to a respected leader. Her free-spirited soul came alive in her love for the sea, her intricate mandala art, and the joy she found in dancing - a reflection of her vibrant, creative spirit.
After completing her military service, Hadar set off on a five-month journey through Central and South America, where she embraced freedom, explored breathtaking landscapes, and formed many new friendships. She returned to Israel in August 2023, already dreaming of her next adventure to Brazil and considering a future in architecture.
Everywhere she went, Hadar left a mark with her warmth, authenticity, and fearless embrace of life’s possibilities, a legacy that continues to inspire.
Inspired by Hadar’s spirit and the way she touched those around her, the program offers young adults a space to explore academic and career paths, especially in tech and med-tech, through meaningful conversations with experienced mentors from across
the Vectorious team. These are not traditional advisors, but partners in thought—volunteering their time to share insights, ask big questions, and help others discover their direction.
This initiative stands as a living legacy to Hadar, one that continues to inspire growth, purpose, and new beginnings, just as Hadar always believed: "If you want to fly, don’t look down".
